Maybe Rahm Emanuel knows something about Hackett we don't. Or else, maybe this story isn't over. Regardless, if Hackett throws away a bright political career over this, he's immature and foolish. He may not be a team player but at least he has to concede that he's a political beginner and maybe he needs some seasoning before he's ready for the senate. Just a thought. Hackett could waltz into the congress, so what's stopping him? Just pride? That's a character flaw.
