Puplava and Frank Barbera are wildly bullish on stocks calling for all time highs in the Dow and S&P500 later this year.

Their reasoning is that the dollar weakens when the Fed stops raising rates causing earnings of the big cap exporters to skyrocket and continued liquidity to run everything higher.
