Serguey is not even an aquatance of mine I received an email from him as he truely was distressed at being unable to contact anyone at Datek, I forwarded his email to Datek at Jon's personal address which did not seem to get through either so I posted it here. I guess Serguey thought I might have special means of contacting Datek as I always have had success in contacting them, I don't Jon Normiles address is posted here on SI in his profile. For what ever reason Serguey apparantly had his problem satisfactorily solved as he informed me that Jon had contacted him. I do not know what the final resolution was.

In anycase I agree that during the move there was severe neglect of customer relations and poor planning in handling things like mailing. Most of those problems seem to have disappeared, I asked for and received a check in 4 days others have reported similar success.

The ignorance I mentioned is due to the many many reports of problems when someone didn't get a trade in the spread thinking they were owed one. And the many bitches by people that should know better about ISLD being down. Bitches such as Jon Tara who should know better threatening to go to the SEC if Watcher users had something they pay for that he couldn't get free.
