Where else do we see the perpetrator blaming the victim. In the first two days after the incident, the White House was busy blaming Mr. Whittington for coming come in the way of Cheney. Then they softened it and Cheney was forced to come in front of the TV and accept responsibility and not blame Whittington instead.

These chimp like Bushies ridiculed Kerry when he fell of while skiing and for Kerry blaming the Secret Service guy "who came in his way." And look what the Bushies themselves did to Mr. Whittington.
