As the pending collapse of the US dollar draws ever nearer, folks have been looking at ways to reduce their exposure to this condemned currency.

One of my strategies has been to move more of my investments into Canadian oil companies.

Not having broker access to direct trading on the Canadian exchanges, I have typically used the expedient of buying shares that are co-listed on the US Pink sheets.

Thinking about the effectiveness of this strategy, was wondering if anyone here might have a better understanding of exactly what a Pink sheet purchase of a foreign listed equity might entail.
