For what I paid for this "shitbox", I'll never lose money, and it's always got the utility of being my dwelling, something I'd have to have in any case. I've already got an untapped HELOC for 25% more than I paid for it, ready to be used to pounce on other peoples misfortunes. It's got the marvelous feature of being completely paid off. Thanks for the unsolicited "advice" though, ( which I have considered on my own, without it )! <ng>
