They do live with in all other cultures. My parents came here when they were in there 30's. Now there almost 80. They came not knowing the language worked and did ok. They connected to people who they could communicate with. The offsprings (me) do not have that problem and communicate with all cultures and learn from them. Sounds like a Mosiac society. You said there is laws for seperate cultures? ...Again what is your culture that is not protected and fading? White power!
