The people in charge of the cheney shooting cover-up have a perfectly good explanation as to why they passed by the bigger hospital to take Harry to the smaller one. I haven't heard it yet but I know they do. It's not the only thing I haven't heard their excuse for yet. I read somewhere that the reason they took Harry out of the smaller hospital and airlifted him to the larger one to be put in intensive care was because the smaller hospital was out of bandaids.
