A number of people who appear to be accountant types have indicated Centex is walking dead on this thread and others. The fact that Centex is so desperately cutting prices this early in the downcycle lends a lot of credibility to their conclusions.

I haven't gone through their balance sheet and income statements myself yet but will before increasing my put position.
