They've been halted, supposedly, due to their on-going unwillingness (or inability) to fullful the exchange's basic filing requirements. I'm a shareholder and am somewhat relieved that the situation has been brought to a head. If anyone has more substantive information as to what exactly is going on with CVC, I'd be grateful if they'd post it. JK
