democrats have been practicing cheating for decades , remember the rumors of cheating to get kennedy elected. In one of the Bush elections i heard philly had buses going around picking up street people and bringing them into to vote. I think each person got a few bucks. Of course they still hand out money at the polls in some major cities, we still have ward captains telling neighbors how and who to vote, these people do not follow politics and rely on their local rep to tell them who to vote for. Oh, don't forget all the dead , that rise up on election day to vote.
