Agree with the 20% inflation, disagree with the power you think the FED has......

They do not have that power as much as you think.

They cannot and will not defeat the business cycle (Greenspans ego and boost to defeat the K wave is why we have this mess). The Housing Bubble they created is only now starting to deflate. As for stocks, the prop job is getting weaker with time.

As for hyperinflation - they will not destroy their game of money control. The record shows it destroys republics, they will try it other ways, including props of the market.

They may keep the prop alive into late 2006, maybe even into 2008 which I have seen in some technicals. And it will have pullbacks along the way, but an external event will cause the collapse. Of what that may be, who knows.
