"If a builders advertizes $70,000 off or whatever, how long did he have to sell that house $70K higher in order to claim 70K off? 1 house, a week? a month? How is it determined that 70K is really a discount?... What are the names of the laws that govern this if any?..." Caveat Emptor?, "There's one born every minute"?
