Scooters defense is that Shooter told him to leak and veep has the right to declassify on the fly. When this trial starts republicans will see that this line is another screw up on their part. Hell i'm syspathetic and i dont buy that for a moment. Cheney/Rummy have failed and rummy should have resigned or been asked to years ago for mucking up Vietnam er er iraq & if shooter uses that line when scooter implicates him, he should go also. If Bush wants a veep with gravitas let him choose mccain and make hagel or lugar or lieberman s of d at the same time.
