I put a lot of weight on the tax collections because it is not adjusted by seasonality, hedonics or any of the other games.

Whatever the source, those incomes are strong and they will be not only spent but likely levered in the real estate market, boats, etc.

To me, the economy looks like it is picking up steam. I see no imminent bust.
