I understand your frustrations, but again, these are the rules in this venue, good or bad, and no matter if you or I like them...It's pennyland....we either know the rules and play or dont.....

<<How about this plan...a team of like minded investors are banding together to send all penny stocks a message. That they must have a transparent TA, or we aren't going to swallow their story. Also, if they lie to us we leave. >>

Sounds good, but will never take....only the higher authorities will be able to stop things such as naked shorting, companies with no numbers and etc, etc, etc, etc....And no matter how many people you find that will do as you say...not buy companies because of the reasons you state..there will always be 2 more that will buy/sell that stock....it's a noble idea, but again, the rules in pennyland are simple..and that is there are basically very few rules <g>...deceit is more common then uncommon...nothing you or I can do about it...bashing on a board does nothing....if we dont like the rules as they are we have 2 choices...dont play the game or get a job in the SEC, or run for office or something and work to change the rules....
