Dave, I beleive INTC and SNDK already have cross licensed each other for this technology. INTC's announcement is old news and does nothing to solve the format problems the current generation of produsts has. Interestingly, SNDK came out with multicell products about a year ago. SNDK's products are already shipping and INTC hasn't even released the specs as far as I know. Funny that when SNDK released their products the press didn't make a big deal out of it...
