You asked, >>how long did he have to sell that house $70K higher in order to claim 70K off?
1 house, a week? a month? How is it determined that 70K is really a discount?<<

Does anyone even enforce this stuff anymore? I mean seriously.

I am in the military and no matter where I move, there is always that furnature store that has a "Going out of business sale" about every 2 weeks to a month and has been having the same sale for years and years.

I have yet to see one of these ever be investigated or a city that didn't have one of these stores that was constantly going out of business.

Sometimes I think all the old laws have been repealed without telling anyone.

Good Luck,

Lee
