Pick a language to enter the site, then click SEARCH DATABASE near the top. Then there is a Terms of Use that must be accepted, first time only I expect. After that you can put in the name of the company and dates and get all PR's, form filings, 43-101 technical reports for the company's properties, etc.

SEDAR is the official system for all active companies on the TSX and TSX.v to electronically file public documents. Compliance is mandatory.
