it was actually the victim who apologized to Cheney. Maybe he had a hangover too from the drinking that he and Cheney did. They have a peculiar code of ethics amongst themselves it looks like. He got shot and he apologizes. I thought the David Koresh's group were screwed up since no matter if Koresh slept with the daughters, their parents considered Koresh a God. This is similar to that; apologizing to Cheney. AS, I just can't help laughing while I writing this this to you. What a bloody circus with Dick "FU" Cheney as the ringmaster.
