there's no question that TOL is oversold, but like overbought stocks that stay overbought for a long time in a bull market, stocks in a bear market can stay oversold for a long time.
I covered about 40% of my TOL in the last 10 days, and I rolled it into other homies that aren't quite as far along in their descent from the top. however, I don't think anything is going to rally too far. unlike the typical public company where news is only given quarterly, homies have monthly (and more frequent) updates on how sales are going. there's just going to be more and more bad news.
these stocks all have a very long way to fall. within 18 months I expect most of these gains to be erased
