When a country has an acceptance of women leaders at the top, this penetrates the middle and bottom levels of society, so they too become accepting of women leadership.

The failure of women outside the ruling dynastic family to gain positions of leadership in Muslim countries proves you wrong.

In the case of the USA, you've got women leadership being held back by the least common denominator.

The success of women as leaders throughout US society - business, local politics, whatever area you want to list - proves you wrong.

The comparison of women's opportunities in Muslim countries versus women's opportunities in the US proves you wrong.

The numbers don't agree with your conclusions. There is one President in most countries, and millions of "leadership positions". You are fixated on the President position, and ignoring the more important and more numerous non-Presidential positions.

I see no reason to go on........
