TJ the new real estate developments are no more inland.

Coast is for the Palms -those built right into the sea- on reclaimed land. Those are the real thing! The more normal people have to live on land.

Me, as a cynical, think now real estate developers are "flushing" those tenants from Springs to force them to buy in quieter area like Arabian Ranches. See below.

Put a couple of roads around the already built areas and we get lots of customers for Arabian Ranchs that are a bit far away. Roads are already buil and -hopefully- the new airport doesn't have Airbus380 -that Emirates bought a few- overflying your condo 2am!!

But them it will be time to move further afield.
