That may be a non-trivial exercise. State and federal funding for higher education is being cut back, leading to higher tuition and fees. In addition, the student loan program is being cut back, Perkins is going away totally, and opportunities for grants and scholarships are limited. The first time I went to college, I qualified for a Basic Educational Opportunity Grant and a scholarship, which helped a lot. My grades and scores were good, and my parents income placed us firmly below the poverty line for a family of 4, and we had 5. As near as I can tell, the BEOG program doesn't even exist any more. And tuition and fees were a lot less in those halcyon days.

These days, starting under the poverty line presents a real chicken and egg problem with respect to going to college.
