September 18, 1997

LARCHMONT, N.Y., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ via Individual Inc. -- Some industry
analysts foresee a $10 billion Internet gambling industry by the year 2000. The First
International Symposium on Gambling Law & Management, presented by
BioConferences International, Inc. and sponsored by the Gaming Law Review, will be

explore the explosive growth in this industry, along with the business opportunities and
the complex legal and regulatory challenges surrounding Internet gambling.

The conference will bring together the leaders in this field to consider the legal and
regulatory implications of new enabling technologies, the role of government and issues
of compliance and enforcement in a truly global environment. Speakers include top
regulators, partners from leading law firms, and experts from the leading gaming
technology companies.

"Internet gambling and wagering -- including virtual casinos, sports betting, and
lotteries -- may be the wave of the future," says Conference Chair, Joseph M. Kelly, J.D.,
