They are very volatile stocks and I wouldn't short any of them, especially not CTEC. But I guess if the premium wasn't too high, and if the market gets seriously overbought short term, I think PRMS could make you some money short. I prefer to buy puts myself, less money to lose, but then I assume I WILL lose.
