Hello Vaughn. I have had MTX on my radar for some time. Taking a look at market caps I see the following:
Overvalued based on whats know to date:
Dianor Inc DOR.V 1.38 113,884,790 157,161,010 CAP . Undervalued based on whats known to date:
SouthernEra SDM.TO 0.495 128,313,101 63,514,985 CAP . Potential high return plays with better than average chance of success IMHO:
Diamondex DSP.V 0.54 78,270,904 42,266,288 CAP Diamonds North DDN.V 0.94 39,547,148 37,174,319 CAP Metalex MTX.V 0.8 37,894,211 30,315,369 CAP Shear Minerals SRM.V 0.3 60,961,085 18,288,326 CAP Hudson HUD.V 0.78 14,801,023 11,544,798 CAP .
Any one of these companies could be over 100,000,000 cap with one of their projects, this year. I would guess that the relative market caps reflect the markets expectation for success.
Too bad we don't do more comparisons and discussion on relative caps with these plays. It would help us spot the bargins ;).
I've looked over DOR's site and I have to say I don't understand why DOR has such a premium on it. It was up another 23% today giving it a near 200 mil cap. There is as of yet no tonnage estimate, valuation per ct, resource definition, etc. And from my read of the results to date, nothing to indicate to me at this stage it's worthy of its current stock price. Must have some big promoters behind it, or there's something I don't see.
