Peter, OK, there is a difference between frivolous, and vexations, but they are a lot alike. It's the scope of the law suit that seems to make that distinction.

Bringing up prison inmates brings up a pet peeve of mine. There are these felons, up to the rank of mass murderer, that get all out of joint if they don't get certain food, color TVs, and many other comforts of life, while they should be on bread and water, with no access to legal libraries, or computers, where they jam the courts with bogus suits.
