Hi from Almaty! Hi Taxi --- took your advice and was about to flag a yellow cab to JFK, but a limo npulled up and accepted $35 (instead of going empty to pick up his $$$ fare!) I'll get to the bottom of this AIPN --- but I've got to tell you --- Wooddy was no slouch, and was definitely on the fast tack at Chevon Oveseas..... fo him to defect to this scandalous startup sez ALOT.... he knows Western Kz better than anyone (other than me =--=- but HE knows oil and pipelines, I just know satellites and micowaves... and Kazakhstan/CIS.) As my futue driver, I've gotta tell you --- something real is goping on there, 1000 miles to my west. I'll mail you before I head back next week --- maybe you'll break rules and pick me up? :-)) bye from beautiful downtown Almaty Where Intenet is free (my special deal), but the Hyatt Regency charges $1/minute for local calls, and $18 for a cheeseburger! /k1b0
