A Base On Top Of A Base

She has come back to the line, as you would have expected she would do
if the breakout is to be validated. The volume has been lower as she
has retraced the breakout and where she goes from here will determine
whether we're looking at a new leg up or if she had a false breakout.

In any case, with the coming contract announcements combined with the
existing contracts already in hand the underlying fundamentals have
primed the pump for WSTL's success.
