Replying.... I can't reply via private mail, still too cheap to upgrade. I guess I have to type this disclaimer once in awhile or people may think that I am talking at thin air (And I would NEVER do that!!!). Ya, I still say SNY will need to speak up unless the approvable letter is really a non-event which I don't believe. Primarily I believe it is a safety issue given A's side effect and related dropouts at the 20mg dose, etc. They may have made the matter worse by being too aggressive with the HDL, etc. claims. Those may look great on the label but probably created additional FDA concerns about excessive patient uptake which further ups the safety bar.
