I have word from the company today that filing cited yesterday was in error. These were restricted shares from Trimco not "insider" sales as reported and the number was overstated. They will contact Gilford (the market maker that made the filing) for correction. PS. I have 5 yr. old daughter and grown daughter who is an attorney.. Since when is the picnic only for "fathers and sons".
