I was watching minute by minute updates of the tabulations coming in from Florida on election night, and I am convinced massive voter fraud was perpetuated by the Democrats in an attempt to steal the election. At one point, with 97% of the precincts reporting Bush was up by over 70K votes. And then at the 99% level it shifted to 20K.

Using basic statistical methodologies and using very conservative assumptions I would estimate 18K votes from Bush were tossed out and added to the Gore count. You can read most of the analysis in the days following the election on the GWB thread if you're interested.

And this doesn't even take into consideration the role the MSM played in calling Florida for Gore before the polls were closed on the west coast of Florida, due to the one hour time shift. Yes, people were definitely diswaded from voting in the Panhandle, where Bush held a significant advantage in every district.

Lastly, sending teams of leftist lawyers on planes down to Florida with marching orders to do everything in their power to take away the voting rights of overseas military personnel was most of the most despicable political acts I've witnessed in my lifetime. And not ONE leading Democrat has every apologized for that cowardly act. Until they do, the active duty force will continue to vote Republican well into the foreseable future.
