Call me crazy but I think Detroit is going to re-emerge. I agree but I suspect is will be 7-10 years. Detroit is leading the way for the rest of the country. First, the upcoming recession/depression has to happen. F and GM have to file for BK. People's expectations have to come down a hell of a lot, then Detroit and the rest of the country will emerge stronger. It's going to take quite a while.
