I am not concerned about reducing crime. I am concerned about doing away with someone like Morales. Yeah, I know all he did was choke a girl with a belt so hard that he broke the belt. then had to use a claw hammer to bash her skull in, dragged her out in field, raped her & then put a knife in her chest 3 or 4 times..... to finally finish her off. I suppose you would want to keep this guy in an air-conditioned jail, give him the best medical treatment that the majority of Americans can no longer afford, give him 3 good meals a day, provide cable-tv for his entertainment, let him take some college courses..... reinstate his voting rights.... help the democrap liberals make a celebrity out of him.... Heck no wonder, some people enjoy their prison stays. Only deterrent I am aware of is the butt banging and the fact you can't mingle with the general public.
