ROTFLOL.. I read a lot of bloviating in your post. The supreme court rules on stuff. They vote and decide. Some say A is the law and often those who oppose A say you A guys are full of shit. Well they are more polite.

So some "legal" experts were against some policy. They were heard and their arguments lost. PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH may have picked a policy supported by the VP and the legal experts who also supported that policy.

But all the rest of that article is throwing out loaded crap words for some political point, not a legal point.

"Bush was warned" PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH heard many sides of an argument and decided. I wonder at what fools think PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH does not demand that he hear all sides of complex issues.
