I'll start NCT with a few shares off the new lows list.

High div. yield attracts. However...very dangerous to chase these high-yielders primarily for their yield. Lots of money (capital) lost that way, so they say.

NCT being a mortgage reit involved in many types - maybe an unmanageable number - of real estate paper plays, and with interest rate rises perhaps expected to continue for a while -this combines for a very risky bet, imo.

Only a few shares for me.
