I note in the bunch of amended SC 13A/G forms being filed that Morgan Stanley on 2/15/06 controls 21,025,707 shares whereas on 2/15/05 their 13A/G showed control of 17,605,203 shares...a gain of 3,420,504 shares during the year! sec.gov sec.gov
