On Monday, on February, 21, session of Board of directors of Open Society " Mosenergo " has taken place. The board of directors has ratified offered(suggested) by management of Open Society " Mosenergo " the business - plan, and also target values of quarter and annual parameters of efficiency (???) for 2006. The board of directors has made the decision to lead(carry out) repeated consideration of the business - plan in view of results of activity of the Society in the first quarter 2006.

Besides the Board of directors has taken into account a policy(politics) of the Society on input of capacities on the basis of modern ??????????? technologies, and also has ratified a number(line) of transactions with interest.

After reorganization in April, 2005 of Open Society " Mosenergo " is the territorial generating company (???-3). The structure of the generating company of Open Society " Mosenergo " includes 17 power stations the established capacity of 10,6 thousand. ???. The nearest 15 years the company plans to realize the scale Program of development and modernisation of the Moscow power supply system for 2006-2020. Within the framework of realization of the Program till 2010 of Open Society " Mosenergo " plans introduction 2100 ??? capacities due to construction of new power units, and also modernizations of the existing equipment.
