The question is: who is buying all those shares? I have nothing positive to say about EFCR, but the chart shows accumulation all the way down: stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyiay[pb28!b50!f][vc60][iut!Lf!Lc20]&pref=G Dealing with pink sheets one should be ready for ANY outcome. The best Russian Oil pinks at the moment, as I see them, (in my order of preference) are: SIBN, NDOL, SPRL, ... and, well, EFCR - at least for 100% "technical" bounce, maybe more. IMO.
