These port operations are private enterprise, not government operations being "outsourced". And they are already owned by a non-US company.

As for the proposed buyer being Muslim (to attribute a human characteristic to a corporation), show me a meaningful link between the company and any terrorist organization - i.e. other than common religious or ethnic heritage - and I'll oppose the deal, too. But I will not oppose it merely because they are Muslim.
