The cosmetic problem alone is now enough reason to kill the deal (imo). As I said, it's not just cosmetic here, it plays cosmetic all over the world- and it makes us look like we aren't serious about our ports (and since we really don't pay enough attention to our ports, I think we ought to at LEAST give the cosmetic appearance that we do care.)

But that's not my only issue with this deal.
