Port security is at the top of my list of concerns WRT our national security. I am with Bush on this one. My opinion of him will change a smidgeon for the better, if he sticks to his guns and gets his way on this. I agree with you on port security. I think it is important. It is currently potentially a weak link. We have to use available technology to secure physical assets. HLS, US Customs, Coast Guard, Interpol, etc have their work cut out for them. International trade and the global economy however should not be politicsized and /or be subject to emotions based on unreasonable fears and prejudices. Business is business. Let's keep hatred of any kind out of this.
