Business can be a conduit for terrorists,and for money that goes to terrorists; it can furnish corrupt regimes with money to subjugate their people, and it can supply genocidal maniacs with weapons; business is always political to some degree. Business lobbies everywhere because it IS political (whether it lobbies legally, or lobbies with bribes). Some business with political overtones is acceptable, some is not- and the degree to which things are unacceptable will differ from person to person and country to country. But business and politics are hopelessly tangled up.
