they haven't done that in the past (including the US), and I don't see it happening in the future, and I don't even think it would be a good thing if it did happen. Government will always try to get involved in business where they do not belong. Government is where bureaucrats hole up. You can't let those people pick winners and losers. We probably have (in the long run) more to worry about government taking over and screwing things up than Arabs or whatever.
