You missed my point.

I'm referring to the hypocrisy of the left.
The arguments are structured to suit the
posturing du jour.

IOW, they've bent over backwards to defend
the Saddam regime and to undercut any
justification for the invasion by hammering on
the lack of an Al Quaeda link/9/11 connection
with that country.

By contrast, they are willing to see terrorism
and terrorists under every Dubai bush in the
current controversy.

It's the same kind of thinking that produced all
the armchair experts on quail hunting who were
somehow incapable of recognizing the irony of
attacking Cheney while cloistering and virtually
worshipping Ted Kennedy.
