Peter, The world, and especially the wilderness is a fantastic place. The animals of the forests, and elsewhere, are our neighbors on this earth, and evey human should appreciate their contributions to the world, and mankind.

In the wilderness, listening to the sounds of the forest, animals, and running streams, is one of the most calming times one can spend. If one listens long enough, even trees have something to say.
