Does that make it a WISE policy though? (Putting aside totally all the security arguments... why should we allow FOREIGN GOVERNMENT-OWNED 'companies' running running critical infrastructure in the US when OUR OWN GOVERNMENT is not allowed reciprocal rights in the foreign country? Don't we stand up for Free Markets and privatization any more?????? (Is the US government allowed to buy oil fields or operating rights in the Middle East, or even Mexico for example?)
