One of my clients photographed a guy who made 70 million on a toy that was very popular here in the US years ago. He saw the toy while on a trip to China. He paid 100k for the license. Then he had a Chinese factory produce the toy and another foreign company ship it to the US and another to distribute it here.

A few years later he is 70 million richer. There was no aspect of the venture that was done by him aside from allocating the capital to making the product.
