That's funny. There have been some folks posting on this thread who also have given "powerful explanations"--and they weren't even there--lol! It's sorta interesting how the Ted Kennedy explanation keeps popping up--even though Cheney was never coldshocked or freezin' from having swum in the--forgive the pun!--drink. Or perhaps we should consider that had Kennedy had Cheney's ambulance crew around, things would have been different. What, for example, would have happened had Cheney shot Whittington prior to his heart attacks and he had no ambulance crew nearby?
